City, subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey
a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore
City).................................................................................................. 250,000
(C) The Benedictine School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees of the Benedictine School Foundation, Inc. for
the planning, design, repair, renovation, and capital equipping
of the fire protection and HVAC systems and infrastructure of
the Benedictine School, located in Ridgely. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Caroline County). 500,000
(D) Capital Area Food Bank. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Capital Area Food Bank, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of a newly acquired
facility for the Capital Area Food Bank, located in Washington,
D.C. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Statewide).......... 500,000
(E) James Brice House. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$400,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees of the International Masonry Institute for the
planning, design, repair, and renovation of the exterior masonry,
windows, and wood trim at the James Brice House, located in
Annapolis, subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and
convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions (Anne Arundel County).............. 400,000
(F) Maryland Historical Society. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided.

for the renovation and reconstruction of the library and garage,
and for the planning,, design, construction, and capital
equipping of a textile gallery and multipurpose classroom at the
Maryland Historical Society, located in Baltimore City, subject
to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City) . 250,000
(G) Port Discovery. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $300,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Baltimore Children's Museum, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital
equipping of the current location of Port Discovery, located in
