ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor S.B. 367
vetoed Senate Bill 367 - Education - Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program -
Grants - Funding.
This bill requires the Governor to include at least a specified appropriation in the
annual budget for the Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program.
House Bill 133, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me,
accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 367.
Very truly yours,
Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr.
Governor
