Chapter 535 of the Acts of 2005
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2005. It shall remain effective for a period of [4] 6 years and, at the end of
September 30, [2009] 2011, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Military Installation Council
FOR the purpose of altering the name of the Maryland Military Installation Strategic
Planning Council to be the Maryland Military Installation Council; providing for
the codification of certain provisions relating to the Maryland Military
Installation Council; altering the membership, purposes, and termination date
of the Council; requiring the Council to submit a certain annual report to the
Governor and the General Assembly; making a certain conforming change;
providing for the termination of certain provisions of this Act; and generally
relating to the Maryland Military Installation Council.
