(c) In Garrett County if a license is revoked by reason of the licensee being
convicted of violating any provisions of the Tax - General Article that relate to the
alcoholic beverage tax or any provision of this article, no license under this article
may be issued to the same person or for the same premises within a period of two
years thereafter.
(D) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IF A LICENSE IS REVOKED, THE BOARD OF
LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY ISSUE A LICENSE FOR THE SAME PREMISES TO A
PERSON OTHER THAN THE FORMER LICENSEE IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE BOARD
CONSIDERS AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENSE.
[(d)] (E) In Wicomico County if a license is revoked by reason of the licensee
being convicted of violating any provisions of the Tax - General Article that relate to
the alcoholic beverage tax or any provision of this article, no license under this article
may be issued to the same person within a period of 1 year thereafter. No other
persons shall be entitled to obtain such a license for the same premises until after
expiration of 6 months from the date of such revocation.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006.

(House Bill 1288)
AN ACT concerning
Credit Regulation - Loans Secured by Real Property - Insurance Coverage
Requirements
FOR the purpose of prohibiting clarifying that certain lenders and credit grantors
from requiring may not require a borrower, as a condition to receiving or
maintaining certain loans, to provide or purchase certain insurance coverage in
an amount exceeding the replacement cost of the improvements on real
property; altering clarifying the manner in which certain lenders and credit
grantors may determine the replacement cost of improvements on real property
that secures certain loans made by the lenders and credit grantors; requiring
property insurance coverage required by certain lenders and credit grantors to
bear a reasonable relation to the existing risk of loss; defining certain terms;
altering certain definitions; correcting certain erroneous references; and
generally relating to loans secured by real property.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 12-124, 12-410(f)(l), 12-909(e), and 12-1007(f)
