(iii) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the clerk shall
retain the remainder of each fee and deposit and disburse it in the same manner as
other fees collected by the clerk.
(5) (i) In Baltimore County, from the remaining $15 the clerk shall
pay [$5 of each] THE ENTIRE REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE fee $15 to the Baltimore
County Historical Trust, Inc.
(ii) The Baltimore County Historical Trust, Inc. shall report
annually to the Baltimore County Executive and the Maryland Historical Trust on
the use of all funds received under this section, including a detailed record of the
expenditures and receipts of all funds collected before July 1, 1987.
(iii) The Baltimore County Executive or the Maryland Historical
Trust may request at any time an audit of the financial records of the Baltimore
County Historical Ttrust, Inc.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2006.

(House Bill 690)
AN ACT concerning
State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Temporary
Licenses—Hearings Study on Licensure and Board Membership
FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the State Board of Examiners of
Nursing Home Administrators; establishing a temporary license for certain
applicants for licensure as a nursing home administrator; establishing certain
education, experience, procedural, and examination requirements for temporary
licenses; authorizing the holder of a temporary license to practice as a
department head or assistant administrator under certain supervision;
requiring the term for a temporary license to be equivalent to the time-period
specified in certain regulations for an administrator in training program;
requiring certain hearings be heard by certain board members requiring the
State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators, in conjunction with
certain other entities. to convene a certain workgroup to study the standards for
licensure of nursing home administrator applicants and the effectiveness of the
Board in regulating nursing home administrators in the State; requiring the
study to include certain items; requiring the workgroup to report to certain
committees of the General Assembly on or before a certain date on the findings
and recommendations of the workgroup; and generally relating to a study on
licensure of nursing home administrators and Board membership of the State
Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
