CHAPTER 578
(House Bill 471)
AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County Code - 2005 Edition - Legalization
FOR the purpose of legalizing the 2005 Edition of the Anne Arundel County Code and
any supplement to the extent to which that Code or supplement contains laws
enacted by the General Assembly; and generally relating to the 2005 Edition of
the Anne Arundel County Code.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 2005 Edition of the Anne Arundel County Code and any
supplement to the 2005 Edition of the Anne Arundel County Code, to the extent to
which that Code or supplement contains laws enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, is legalized. The 2005 Edition of the Anne Arundel County Code and any
supplement shall be deemed and taken in all the courts of the State and by all public
officials of the State and its political subdivisions to be evidence of the law enacted by
the General Assembly contained in the Code or a supplement to it.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Class D Licenses
FOR the purpose of clarifying obsolete descriptions of the boundaries of certain areas
in Worcester County in which Class D beer, wine and liquor licenses may be
issued; specifying that certain license fees set by the Worcester County
Commissioners may not be less than certain amounts; and generally relating to
alcoholic beverages in Worcester County.
BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
