(e) A political subdivision may not adopt or enforce an ordinance or regulation
that prohibits the parking of more than one motorcycle OR MOTORIZED MINIBIKE
within a space served by a single parking meter.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2006.

Cecil County - Workers' Compensation - Students in Unpaid Work-Based
Learning Experiences —Waiver
FOR the purpose of authorizing a county board of education the Cecil County Board of
Education to waive the requirement that a participating employer reimburse
the county for the cost of certain workers' compensation insurance coverage for
students placed in an unpaid work-based learning experience; and generally
relating to the waiver of workers' compensation reimbursement in connection
with unpaid work-based learning experiences.
