Property Article; omitted comma and extraneous word in § 12-111(f) of the
Real Property Article. Occurred: Incorrect word usage and stylistic error, Ch. 12, § 2, Acts of
1974; omitted comma and extraneous word, Ch. 469, Acts of 1978. 13-101. (j) "Patent" means: (1) Any grant confirmed by Article 5 of the Declaration of Rights of the
[State] MARYLAND Constitution; DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Stylistic error in § 13-101(j)(l) of the Real Property Article. Occurred: Ch. 12, § 2, Acts of 1974. Article - State Finance and Procurement 7-314. (g) (3) Upon receipt of the report, the Legislative Policy Committee shall
have 60 days to review and comment on the report, during which time the
Department of Business and Economic Development shall provide any additional
information regarding [this Fund] THE ACCOUNT as requested by the Legislative
