ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor                             Ch. 539 (2) as measured by excise taxes collected by the State on packs [or] (OR
"roll-your-own" tobacco [containers] CONTAINERS) bearing the excise tax stamp of
the State OR ON UNSTAMPED "ROLL-YOUR-OWN" TOBACCO CONTAINERS, WITH
EACH 0.09 OUNCES OF "ROLL-YOUR-OWN" TOBACCO EQUALING ONE (1) UNIT SOLD.
The State Comptroller shall promulgate regulations necessary to ascertain the
amount of State excise tax paid on the cigarettes of such tobacco product
manufacturer for each year. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006. Enacted May 26, 2006.

(Senate Bill 805) AN ACT concerning State Board of Social Work Examiners - Various Licensing and Regulatory Requirements FOR the purpose of altering the quorum requirements for the State Board of Social
Work Examiners; altering the educational qualifications for certain licenses to
practice social work to allow for the accreditation of certain programs by a
certain accreditation organization or an equivalent organization approved by a
certain accreditation organization; altering the requirements for which the
Board may grant a certain waiver of certain examination requirements for
licensure by certain applicants who are licensed or registered to practice social
work in another state; making a certain technical correction; and generally
relating to the State Board of Social Work Examiners and various licensing and
regulatory requirements.' BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
