(iv) The Administration modifies a suspension or issues a
[restricted] RESTRICTIVE license to the individual under § 16-205.1(n)(2) §
16-205.1(B)(3)(V1I) OR (N)(2) [or], (4), OR (5) OR (4) of this title.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Motor Vehicle
Administration shall adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2006 January 1. 2007.

AN ACT concerning
Bay Restoration Fund - Failing Onsite Sewage Disposal Systems - Eligibility
for Funds
FOR the purpose of authorizing certain money in the Bay Restoration Fund to be
used to provide grants or loans for the cost of repairing or replacing a failing
onsite sewage disposal system, with priority given to certain users; altering the
priority for certain grants and loans from the Bay Restoration Fund under
certain provisions of law: making stylistic changes: and generally relating to
eligibility for funds from the Bay Restoration Fund.
