(c) (1) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to imprisonment of not less than 1 month and not exceeding 1
year or a fine of not less than $100 and not exceeding $500 or both.
(2) [A] IF A person convicted under this section [may not practice
pharmacy under a certificate or registration issued under State law] HOLDS A
LICENSE UNDER TITLE 12 OF THE HEALTH OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE, THE LICENSE
SHALL BE REVOKED IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 12-313(C) OF THE HEALTH
OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE.

12-313.
(a) In this section, "convicted" includes a determination of guilt, a guilty plea,
or a plea of nolo contendere followed by a sentence.
(C) (1) THE BOARD SHALL REVOKE THE LICENSE OF A LICENSEE WHO IS
CONVICTED UNDER § 5-702 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE.
(2) THE BOARD MAY REINSTATE THE LICENSE OF A PERSON AN
INDIVIDUAL A PERSON WHOSE LICENSE HAS BEEN REVOKED UNDER THIS SECTION
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Allegany County and Garrett County - Vehicle Laws - Exceptional Hauling
Permits - Forestry Products
FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Highway Administration to issue an
exceptional hauling permit valid in certain counties for a combination of vehicles
that carries certain forestry products and has an axle configuration that meets
certain requirements; requiring a combination of vehicles operating under the
authority of an exceptional hauling permit to comply with certain weight limits;
requiring a certain combination of vehicles to annually, twice each year, to
submit to and pass a certain inspection and be allowed only a certain load limit
tolerance; prohibiting a person who operates a certain combination of vehicles
from violating certain highway restrictions, operating the combination of
vehicles on the interstate highway system, operating the combination of vehicles
if it exceeds certain ratings or restrictions, or failing to comply with the terms
and conditions of the permit; requiring a person who operates a certain
combination of vehicles to have, in the person's possession, a certain permit and
