(2) The appeal shall be made pursuant to the provisions on judicial
review of final decisions in Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article.
(C) AN ORDER OF THE BOARD MAY NOT BE STAYED PENDING REVIEW.
5-314.
(a) In this section, "dietetic rehabilitation committee" means a committee
that:
(1) Is defined in subsection (b) of this section; and
(2) Performs any of the functions listed in subsection (d) of this section.
(b) For purposes of this section, a dietetic rehabilitation committee is a
committee of the Board or a committee OF AN ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING
LICENSED DIETITIAN-NUTRITIONISTS THAT:
(1) [Composed equally of members of:
(i) The Maryland Dietetic Association; and
(ii) The American Nutritionists Association;
(2) Recognized] IS RECOGNIZED by the Board; and
[(3)] (2) [That includes] INCLUDES but is not limited to
dietitian-nutritionists.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Calvert County - Board of Electrical Examiners and Plumbing Board -
Members - Appointment
FOR the purpose of providing that the Board of Electrical Examiners for Calvert
County shall be appointed by the Governor from a certain list submitted by the
Calvert County Electrical Contractors Association or the Calvert County
Democratic Central Committee and the Calvert County Republican Central
Committee under certain circumstances; providing that the Calvert County
plumbing board shall be appointed by the Governor from a certain list
submitted by the members of the master plumbers association or the Calvert
County Democratic Central Committee and the Calvert County Republican
Central Committee under certain circumstances; making a certain technical
