action in response to the disposal or storage of scrap tires from certain sites
from a requirement to reimburse the Department of the Environment;
expanding the sources of funding for the State Recycling Trust Fund; providing
for the appointment, tenure, and duties of the Executive Director of the
Maryland Community Health Resources Commission; providing a certain
exception to the requirement that a State flag be presented to the family of the
deceased by a certain State Senator; authorizing the Motor Vehicle
Administration to suspend an individual's driver's license for a certain violation
for up to a certain period of time; requiring that the operator of a certain parking
facility allocate at least a certain number of parking spaces for employees of the
General Assembly; requiring that the spaces be assigned by the President of the
Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates; requiring that the spaces be
made available on certain financial terms; requiring that all contracts for
financing, construction, or operation of a certain parking facility be made
subject to certain requirements; requiring that certain public agencies and
instrumentalities be subject to certain requirements; providing for the effect and
construction of certain provisions of this Act; making this Act an emergency
measure; and generally repealing and reenacting without amendments certain
Acts of the General Assembly that may be subject to possible title or other
defects in order to validate those Acts.
