AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Housing Opportunities Commission - Powers
MC 611-06
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Housing Opportunities Commission of
Montgomery County to enter into certain development agreements to develop
housing in which a certain minimum percentage of the units are initially
occupied by certain individuals; authorizing the Commission to contract to
furnish services, consultation, advice, and assistance to other housing
authorities or other persons in or outside of the State to assist in developing,
managing, renovating, or constructing certain housing; and generally relating to
the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

16-101.
(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(d) "Montgomery Commission" means the Housing Opportunities Commission
of Montgomery County.
