FOR the purpose of increasing the amount of general obligation bonding authority of
the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County for the purpose of providing
appropriations to the St. Mary's County Capital Revolving Financial Fund for
Fire Fighting Equipment and Facilities; and generally relating to the St. Mary's
County Capital Revolving Financial Fund for Fire Fighting Equipment and
Facilities.
