(2) THE LIEN SHALL REMAIN ATTACHED UNTIL THE DEFERRED TAXES
AND INTEREST ARE PAID.
(H) (G) (1) THE GOVERNING BODY OF CHARLES COUNTY SHALL
AUTHORIZE THE DEFERRAL BY WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
(2) THE AGREEMENT SHALL REFLECT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THE DEFERRAL, INCLUDING NOTICE OF THE LIEN.
(3) THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF
THE COUNTY.
(I) (H) PENALTIES MAY NOT BE CHARGED DURING THE PERIOD OF THE
DEFERRAL ON ANY TAX PAYMENTS DEFERRED UNDER THIS SECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July June 1, 2006, and shall be applicable to all taxable years beginning after June
30, 2006.

(House Bill 60)
AN ACT concerning
Crimes - Visual Surveillance of Private Area of an Individual
FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person with prurient intent from conducting or
procuring another to conduct the visual surveillance of a certain private area of
an individual by using a camera without the consent of the individual under
certain circumstances; establishing a penalty for the violation of this Act;
defining certain terms; and generally relating to certain visual surveillance of
another with prurient intent.
