(1) the number of vehicles fined for weight violations occurring on the
Chesapeake Bay Bridge or its appurtenant approaches between October 1, 2005 and
September 30, 2006;
(2) the number of vehicles fined for weight violations occurring on the
Chesapeake Bay Bridge or its appurtenant approaches between October 1, 2006 and
September 30, 2007; and
(3) the number of vehicles fined for weight violations occurring at each
other Maryland Transportation Authority facility during those time periods.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2006.

Vehicle Laws - Race-Based Traffic Stops - Sunset Extension and Reporting
Requirements
FOR the purpose of extending the termination date for certain provisions of law
concerning the collection, analysis, and reporting of certain information relating
to traffic stops; extending the period of time during which law enforcement
officers must record and report to the Maryland Justice Analysis Center certain
information relating to traffic stops; extending the period of time during which
' the Maryland Justice Analysis Center must analyze and report on information
relating to certain traffic stops; extending the deadline for the Maryland Justice
Analysis Center to issue a final report; and generally relating to information
relating to traffic stops.
