(IV) THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT
ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31 TO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR THE CITY OF
BALTIMORE REGARDING THE EXPENDITURES MADE UNDER THIS PARAGRAPH.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:
(a) The Board of Trustees of Baltimore City Community College (College) and
the President of the College shall develop and implement an independent system for
hearing faculty grievances.
(b) The system required under subsection (a) of this section shall include the
use of an independent body, unaffiliated with the Board of Trustees, the President of
the College, the Faculty Senate, or the Office of Human Resources in the College, to
hear grievances and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
(c) The Board of Trustees shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of
this section.
SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Motor Vehicles Operated Exclusively on Islands -
Registration
FOR the purpose of establishing a class of including within a certain motor vehicle
registration for class certain motor vehicles that are operated exclusively on
certain islands; establishing a certain fee for a motor vehicle registered under
this Act as an island vehicle; prohibiting a motor vehicle registered within a
certain registration class as an island vehicle from being operated on a highway
in the State that is not on a certain island; providing that a transfer of a used
vehicle registered, or to be registered, within a certain registration class as an
island vehicle is not subject to certain safety inspection requirements; defining a
certain term: and generally relating to registration of certain vehicles operated
exclusively on certain islands.
