6. J00B01.01 State System Construction and Equipment
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2006 to
provide funds for one—time payments to
Baltimore City and the counties and
municipalities for transportation
capital-related projects at the local level.
Object .14 Land and Structures 15,000,000
Special Fund Appropriation, provided
the allocation of the $15,000,000 in
one-time payments will be made as
follows:
(1) 12.25% $3,000,000 of the
$15,000,000 as a one-time payment
to Baltimore City; and
(2) 87.75% $12,000,000 of the
$15,000,000 to be allocated as
one-time payments to the counties
and municipalities according to the
distribution formula enumerated
under Section 8-404 and Section
8-405 of the Transportation Article.

7. K00A07.04 Field Operations
In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 45 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for 16 new law
enforcement vehicles for the new recruit
class.
