In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 135 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to set aside funds for services to
low-income families vulnerable to high
energy costs resulting from electricity
deregulation. Funding will be used to
cover increasing electric costs in fiscal
2007 and beyond. Assistance will be
provided through the Office of Home
Energy Programs in the Department of
Human Resources.
