SECTION 14. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to Section 13 of
this Act, this Act shall take effect July 1, 2005. Section 3 of this Act shall remain
effective for a period of 5 years and, at the end of June 30, 2010, with no further action
required by the General Assembly, Section 3 of this Act shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect. Section 5 of this Act shall remain effective for a period of [1
year] 2 YEARS and, at the end of June 30, [2006] 2007, with no further action
required by the General Assembly, Section 5 of this Act shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Health - General
15-124.2.
(a) In this section, "Program" means the Maryland Medbank Program
established under this section.
(b) There is a Maryland Medbank Program.
