after November 1, 2006, until the Departments of Budget and Management.
General Services, and Transportation provide a report to the budget
committees that explains the short and long-term plan for the
redevelopment of State Center in Baltimore City. This report shall include at
a minimum information regarding the future ownership of the State Center
complex, the State agencies that will be impacted by the redevelopment of
State Center and how they will be impacted, estimated redevelopment and
other ancillary costs to the State for the proposed redevelopment, and an
assessment of the impact that this proposed redevelopment project will have
on Baltimore City and State operations in general. A report shall be
submitted to the budget committees by November 1. 2006. The committees
shall have 45 days to review and comment from the date of receipt of the
report.
SECTION 18. 51. 53. 54. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That numerals of
this bill showing subtotals and totals are informative only and are not actual
appropriations. The actual appropriations are in the numerals for individual items of
appropriation. It is the legislative intent that in subsequent printings of the bill the
numerals in subtotals and totals shall be administratively corrected or adjusted for
continuing purposes of information, in order to be in arithmetic accord with the
numerals in the individual items.
SECTION 19. 52. 54. 55. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That pursuant to
the provisions of Article III, Section 52(5a) of the Constitution of Maryland, the
following total of all proposed appropriations and the total of all estimated revenues
available to pay the appropriations for the 2007 fiscal year is submitted:
