To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2006 to
provide funds to offset fuel and utility
costs to all DHMH facilities. Portions of
this appropriation shall be transferred to
other programs by budget amendment.
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
these funds may only be expended for fuel
and utility costs and any unspent funds
