Appropriation
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$5,894,833 $8,654,833 of this
appropriation may only be used to fund
capital appropriations in the amounts and
only for the programs and purposes herein
listed. Funds not expended for the
purposes herein listed shall revert to the
general fund:
Program Amount
(1) Department of Housing and
Community Development -
Community Legacy Program. Provide
funds to assist neighborhoods with
revitalization efforts. The funds shall
be administered in accordance with
Article 83B, Sections 4-801 through
4-811 Title 4, Subtitles 4
and 15, Section 4-906, and Section
4-929 of the Housing and
Community Development Article
