THE DEPARTMENT. (C) (D) "COMMITTEE" MEANS THE MARYLAND INDEPENDENT SCIENTIFIC
PEER REVIEW COMMITTEE THAT CONTRACTS WITH THE COMMISSION UNDER §

CREATED FOR INDIVIDUALS BEING TREATED FOR INFERTILITY AND FOR WHICH A
GRANT FROM THE FUND IS SOUGHT OR AWARDED: (1)      MATERIAL OBTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 5-2B-10 OF THIS
