General funds unexpended at the end of
the fiscal year shall revert to the State
General Fund. Unexpended special fund
appropriations will be canceled.
Further provided, no funds may be
expended to move the Maryland
Geological Survey from the Kenneth
Weaver Building and annex in Baltimore
City.
Further provided, the Department of
Natural Resources may submit a fiscal
2007 budget amendment for up to
$500,000 in State Forest and Park
Reserve Funds for the State Park Service.
