Senate Bill No. 2 - By Senator Denis:
AN ACT concerning
First Degree Murder - Death Penalty -
Sentencing Proceeding
FOR the purpose of permitting the jury in a sentencing proceeding
for possible imposition of the death penalty to advise the
court of its findings regarding the sentence under certain
circumstances, and permitting the court to impose sentence
in accordance with those findings; providing that under
certain other circumstances the jury shall advise the court
of its findings and that the court shall impose sentence in
accordance with those findings; and generally relating to
sentencing proceedings in certain first degree murder cases.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 413(i) and (k)
