AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County - Work Release
FOR the purpose of permitting the administrator of Anne Arundel
County detention facilities to collect certain earnings from
certain individuals and repay the State for the services of
a public defender; providing that the funds shall be
collected from an individual's earnings while on work
release, under certain circumstances; and generally relating
to the payment of public defender services from certain
earnings of individuals on work release.
