This bill alters the number of members on the Criminal
Injuries Compensation Board from four to three members.
Senate Bill 824, which was passed by the General Assembly
and signed by me on May 10, 1983, accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 1488.
