AN ACT concerning
Public Information - Challenging Inaccurate Information
FOR the purpose of permitting certain persons to request certain
agencies to correct or amend certain public records;
requiring agencies to respond in a certain manner to the
requests; permitting certain persons to seek review of a
denial of the request; requiring agencies to make a final
determination on requests; permitting certain persons to
file a certain statement with the agency if a request is
denied; requiring the agency to provide the statement in
certain circumstances; and generally relating to challenges
to information in public records.
