[SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the authority
of the State Scholarship Board to negotiate reciprocal agreements
shall be reviewed and evaluated before July 1, 1983 and shall
expire on that date if the General Assembly fails to extend the
authority by statute. However, a general State scholarship
recipient enrolled prior to that date at an out-of-state
institution and otherwise eligible for renewal of the scholarship
shall be permitted to continue to receive the scholarship for the
maximum number of semesters permitted under the regulations of
the State Scholarship Board.]

take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Fire Inspections - Authority to Enter Buildings
During Emergencies
FOR the purpose of providing for the nonliability for trespass at
any time of the day or night for certain officials of fire
departments and the board of fire commissioners while
entering certain buildings that are in danger of the spread
of a fire to prevent certain potential emergencies.
