HARRY HUGHES, Governor
interest, costs, expenses and commissions re accrued thereon and
not paid and shall continue such sale from day to day on each
secular day, legal holidays excepted, from 10 o'clock a.m. to 3
o'clock p.m., until all of said property shall have been offered
and disposed of. The purchasers at such sales shall be entitled
to immediate possession and the right of immediate possession of
the property so sold, and to the rents accruing therefrom from
the day of sale (subject, nevertheless, to an accounting therefor
upon redemption of the property), and to insure and judiciously
preserve said property, but said purchasers shall commit no acts
of waste to said property. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved May 10, 1983.
CHAPTER 229 (House Bill 629) AN ACT concerning Propane Fueled Vehicles - Identification Decal -
Vehicle Safety Measure FOR the purpose of requiring each person who operates a motor
vehicle powered by propane fuel and operated on the State
highway system a person who operates on any public road a
motor vehicle that is registered in this State and powered
by propane fuel to identify the vehicles by attaching
certain identification decals, issued by the Motor Vehicle
Administrator Office of Comptroller Office of the Fire
Marshal or from a propane industry source, to the vehicle;
providing for the design, lettering, and placement of the decals required; providing for the Motor Vehicle Administration distributor of a decal to charge a certain
fee for the issuance of the decals; and providing a certain
penalty for failure to comply with vehicle identification
requirements. BY adding to Article - Transportation
Section 22-404.4 and 27-106
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1982 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
