AN ACT concerning
AELR Committee - State Documents
FOR the purpose of establishing the legal effect of certain
regulation review activities of the AELR Committee; altering
certain filing requirements applicable to certain State
documents; providing for certain notice of hearing or
meeting requirements; providing certain powers and authority
to the AELR Committee and the Administrator of State
Documents in regard to requiring reimbursement for certain
publication services; providing an effective date; making
stylistic changes; and generally relating to the AELR
Committee and to State documents.
