Anne Arundel County, a special beer, wine and liquor license,
Class C licensee may purchase beer from a wholesaler.
(2) In Prince George's County the fee is $25 per day.
The board of license commissioners may deny an application for
this license if it is determined that the applicant does not
qualify under the provisions of this article.
(3) In Baltimore County the fee for this license is
$25 per day, except that for any bona fide religious, fraternal,
civic, war veterans', hospital or charitable organization, the
fee for this license is $15.
(4) In Calvert County the fee for this license is $25
per day, except that for any bona fide religious, fraternal,.
civic, war veterans', hospital or charitable organization, the
fee for the license is $15.
(5) In Anne Arundel County the fee is $25 per day.
(6) In Wicomico County the fee is $25 per day.
(7) In Frederick County, the fee is $30 per day.
(8) In Carroll County, the fee is $30 per day.
(9) IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE FEE IS $25 PER DAY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(Senate Bill 874)
AN ACT concerning
Public Information - Retirement Files -
Access and Disclosure
FOR the purpose of providing that the custodian of certain files
or records shall allow access to retirement files to an
audit agency where provided by local law; providing that
members and employees of an audit agency that receive access
to certain records may not report or disclose certain
information in a certain manner; and generally relating to
access and disclosure of retirement records and files to an
audit agency.
