(d) The members of the Board shall devote such time as is
necessary to perform the duties imposed upon them. They shall
receive an annual salary as may be provided in the annual budget.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Fish and Fisheries Laws, Rules, or Regulations - Violations -
Expungement of Certain Records
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the Department of Natural
Resources from keeping a record of warnings issued to a
person for certain violations of the fish and fisheries
laws, rules, or regulations of this State; defining certain
terms; requiring the Department of Natural Resources on
application to expunge certain records of a person under
certain conditions; providing an exception to the
expungement of certain records defining a certain term; and
generally relating to the expungement of the records of the
Department concerning a person's violations of the fish and
fisheries laws, rules, or regulations of this State.
