AN ACT concerning
Maryland Parole Commission, Maryland Division of
Correction - Access to Juvenile Records
FOR the purpose of providing legal access to certain juvenile
records to the Maryland Parole Commission and the Maryland
Division of Correction under certain circumstances; and
providing for legal access to certain juvenile records for
research purposes under certain circumstances; and limiting
the contents of juvenile records used for research.
