DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE
RELATING TO CONTROLLED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES.
(F) AN ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCH WARRANT ISSUED UNDER THIS
SECTION SHALL BE EXECUTED AND RETURNED TO THE JUDGE BY WHOM IT
WAS ISSUED WITHIN:
(1) THE TIME SPECIFIED IN THE WARRANT, NOT TO EXCEED
30 DAYS; OR
(2) IF NO TIME PERIOD IS SPECIFIED IN THE WARRANT, 15
DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ITS ISSUANCE.
(G) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED PURSUANT TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE
SEARCH WARRANT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS CONFIDENTIAL AND MAY NOT BE
DISCLOSED BY THE DEPARTMENT'S OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES, OR
CONTRACTUAL PERSONNEL EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT UTILIZED IN AN
ADMINISTRATIVE OR JUDICIAL PROCEEDING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Mass Transit - Prohibited Acts
FOR the purpose of providing that certain acts upon public mass
transit buses, rapid rail cars, or transit stations are
misdemeanors punishable by a fine; defining a certain
phrase; providing for the scope of this Act; and providing
that certain consistent State or local laws may be enforced.
