(Senate Bill 181)
AN ACT concerning
Milk Products - Standards and Requirements
FOR the purpose of extending the scope of a milk truck tank
operator permit to the handling of milk products under
certain circumstances; providing an exception to the
requirement for a milk truck tank operator permit; repealing
a certain State standard for cream; providing that certain
pasteurized milk products meet all definitions and standards
of identity established by federal law or regulation;
clarifying that standards and labeling requirements for
condensed milk and condensed skim milk apply only to
nongraded condensed milk and nongraded condensed skimmed
milk; and generally relating to the production, processing,
labeling, and distribution of milk products in this State.
