AN ACT concerning
The Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority
FOR the purpose of renaming the Small Business Development
Financing Fund and the Small Business Development Special
Long-Term Financing Fund by; changing the terms "general
fund" to "contract financing fund" and "special fund" to
"guaranty fund", respectively; and making certain stylistic
changes; and generally relating to the Maryland Small
Business Development Financing Authority.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Financial Institutions
Section 13-201(d) and (g) and 13-213; 13-218, 13-219,
13-220, 13-221(a), 13-221.1, 13-221.2, 13-222, and
13-223 to be under the amended part "Part III. Small
Business Development Contract Financing Fund and
Small Business Development Guaranty Fund"; 13-227,
13-228, 13-229(a), 13-230(a), 13-232(a) and (c), and
13-233(b) to be under the amended part "Part IV.
Contract Financing Fund Financial Assistance"; and
13-233.1, 13-233.2(a), and 13-233.3(a) and (c) to be
under the amended part "Part V. Guaranty Fund
Financial Assistance"
