(8) KEEPING A RECORD OF THE PROGRESS OF APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS   INITIATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE     AND INFORMING THE COUNCIL
PERIODICALLY AS TO THE RESULTS. 207F. ALL APPRENTICE AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE SHALL CONFORM TO THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, TITLE
29, PART 30, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT APPLICABLE PROVISIONS. IN ORDER
TO EFFECTUATE CONFORMITY WITH THESE PROVISIONS, A STATE PLAN
SHALL BE DRAFTED WHICH WILL INDICATE IN DETAIL EVIDENCE OF
CONSISTENCY IN THE OPERATION OF THE MARYLAND APPRENTICESHIP AND
TRAINING LAW WITH THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, TITLE 29, PART
30. 207G. IN ORDER TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAWS GOVERNING
WAGES, HOURS, AND WORKING CONDITIONS, THE MARYLAND APPRENTICESHIP
AND TRAINING COUNCIL WILL REQUEST RECOGNITION OF ITS STANDARDS
AND ACTIVITIES BY THE BUREAU OF APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING, U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, AND IF NECESSARY, MAKE SUCH ADJUSTMENTS IN
ITS STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES AS WILL ASSURE CONFORMITY. 221A. (a) The following departments, agencies, boards,
commissions, offices, divisions, and units of the State
government shall be included within the Department of Licensing
and Regulation: the State Athletic Commission, the Banking Board,
the Bank Regulations Board, the Bank Commissioner, the Board of
Savings and Loan Commissioners, the Division of Savings and Loan
Associations, the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, the
Insurance Division, the Commissioner of Consumer Credit, the
Maryland State Board of Censors, the Maryland Racing Commission,
the Maryland Race Fund Advisory Committee, the Real Estate
Commission, the Real Estate Hearing Board, the Board of Boiler
Rules, the Board of Barber Examiners, the State Board of
Examining Engineers, the Board of Examining Moving Picture
Machine Operators, the Board of Electrical Examiners and
Supervisors, the State Board of Commissioners of Practical
Plumbing, the Maryland Architectural Registration Board, the
State Board of Cosmetologists, the Board of Registration for
Professional Engineers, the Board of Registration for
Professional Land Surveyors, the Maryland State Board of Public
Accountancy, the Board of Inspection of Horse Riding Stables, the
Board of Examiners for Maryland Pilots, the Division of Labor and
Industry, the Office of Commissioner of Labor and Industry, the
Advisory Council on Prevailing Wage Rates, the Advisory Committee
on the Wage and Hour Law, the Occupational Health and Safety
Advisory Board, [the Apprenticeship and Training Council,] the
Employment Agency Advisory Board, the Maryland Board of Examiners
of Landscape Architects, the State Board of Registration for
Foresters, and such other agencies, boards, commissions,
