HARRY HUGHES, Governor                                        457 Residential Institutions of the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene which represents the operation of educational programs in
accordance with the provisions of Title 22 of the Education
Article as enacted by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 1978 of the
General Assembly.
SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That authorization
is hereby granted to transfer by approved budget amendment
amounts for social security contributions, health insurance,
unemployment insurance and retirement and pension contributions
from the Department of Personnel and the Maryland State
Retirement and Pension Systems to the various State departments,
agencies, bureaus, commissions, boards, and other organizational
units included in the State budget.
