32.11.03.02 Grants for Treatment
Services
To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget to
supplement and adjust the
appropriations for fiscal year
1983 to provide Federal Funds in
lieu of General Funds due to the
increased availability of Federal
Funds under the Alcohol, Drug
Abuse and Mental Health Block
Grant.
General Fund Appropriation.........
Federal Fund Appropriation,
provided that federal funds
received in excess of the federal
funds appropriation from the
Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health Block Grant shall not be
expended but shall be placed in
the federal fund reserve for the
block grant until the reserve
fund for the block grant is
increased by an amount equivalent
to the fiscal year 1983
deficiency appropriation. After
the reserve fund for the block
grant is increased by an amount
equivalent to the fiscal year
1983 deficiency appropriation,
any additional excess funds may
be made available by approved
budget amendment................
, provided that except for federal
funds received for the following
block grants pursuant to the
Emergency Appropriations Act of
1983 (HR 1718), the federal funds
received in excess of the federal
funds appropriation from the
Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health Block Grant shall not be
expended but shall be placed in
the federal fund reserve for
those block grants until the
reserve fund for those block
grants is increased by an amount
equivalent to the fiscal year
1983 deficiency appropriations.
