reserve fund for those block
grants is increased by an amount
equivalent to the fiscal year
1983 deficiency appropriations,
any additional excess funds may
be made available by approved
budget amendment. Provided
further that if the Governor
determines it is imperative for
the excess federal funds to be
expended and not be placed in the
federal fund reserve, the
Governor shall submit this
request to the Legislative Policy
Committee for approval or
disapproval.
