cost, associated with the Special
Election in the Fifth
Congressional District in
accordance with Chapter 845, Acts
of 1982.
General Fund Appropriation,
provided that this appropriation
shall be contingent on Prince
George's County and Montgomery
County submitting requests for
reimbursements for appropriate
costs of conducting the Special
Election in the Fifth
Congressional District on or
before June 30, 1983. And
further provided, that funds in
excess of those paid to the
counties for this purpose be
reverted to the General Fund......
