DIVISION OF CORRECTION - HEADQUARTERS
35.02.01.01 General Administration
General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $4,567,612 of the
appropriation, designated for
overtime under subobject A04 in
Salaries and Wages, is to be used
for that purpose only, and there
shall be no budgetary transfer by
budget amendment or otherwise
from this subobject into any
other subobject for any purpose.
All unencumbered funds in
subobject A04 remaining at the
close of June 30, 1984 shall be
reverted to the general fund
treasury of the State. And
further, provided that $3,702,612
of the appropriation designated
for medical service contracts
under subobject. for H22 in
Clinical and Hospital Services is
to be used for that purpose only.
Budgetary transfer may only be
between this object and object
.02, Technical and Special Fees
in Clinical and Hospital Services
among the institutions of the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services.
Otherwise, there shall be no
budgetary transfer by budget
amendment or otherwise from this
subobject into any other for any
purpose. All unencumbered funds
in subobject H22 remaining at the
close of June 30, 1984 shall be
reverted to the general fund
treasury of the State............
