59-H-2.4, title "Contents of Application--Local Map Amendments,"
59-H-2.4A, title "Optional Method of Application for Local Map
Amendment," and 59-H-2.5, title "Contents of
Application--Sectional and District Map Amendment," redesignating
titles and renumbering sections to specify the two alternative
methods that exist for local map amendments, and for the purpose
of expanding the Optional Method of Application to all Floating
Zones that do not require the filing of a development plan and
for the purpose of clarifying, reorganizing, and further
specifying the existing requirements and administrative practices
pertaining to the submission and approval of Optional Method
applications.

facilities for not more than 8 developmentally disabled persons,
and by Permitted Use, group residential facilities for housing
