Board of Appeals - Term, members
FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Charter by
providing that the Board of Appeals shall consist of seven
members with each member of the county council having the right
to nominate one person to the board; providing that the board in
1985 shall have staggered terms; PROVIDING THAT NO MORE THAN FIVE
MEMBERS SHALL BE OF THE SAME POLITICAL PARTY and providing that
this bill shall be submitted to the voters of Baltimore County
for their approval or rejection.
