FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to regulate sludge disposal in the County;
defining terms; authorizing certain sludge disposal facilities in
certain zones by Special Exception; providing for the disposition
of sludge; providing certain requirements and restrictions for
the disposition of sludge; and generally relating to sludge
disposal in Baltimore County.
