AN ACT concerning
Zoning Regulations - Amusement Devices
FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to allow certain player-operated amusement
devices as a matter of right under certain conditions in the
business zones of the county; imposing certain restrictions on
such devices in certain zones; providing for certain special
exception uses, with restrictions, for such devices; defining
terms; allowing a certain number of coin-operated children's
rides in business zones as accessory uses; and generally relating
to amusement devices in business zones.
