certain designations on the County Water Supply Systems map.

AN ORDINANCE to adopt new Sections 12-2700 through 12-2712
to the Anne Arundel County Code, Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", entitled Subtitle 27, "Land Application Wastewater
Treatment"; to add new Sections 13-338.9(c), and 13-344(d), to
said Code, Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning
Regulations"; to repeal in its entirety Section 13-343.21(a)(5)
of said Code, Title and Subtitle and to enact new Section
13-343.21(a)(5) to stand in place of the Section so repealed; to
add new Section 15-418 and 15-419 to said Code, Title 15, "Public
Works", Subtitle 4, "Water and Wastewater"; and to establish
legislative criteria for the licensing, construction and
operation of land application wastewater treatment facilities,
and to adopt design guidelines for land treatment of domestic
wastewater.
